While on-site delivery is the preferred method, we recognize that it isn’t always feasible for a variety of reasons. Therefore, we also offer a virtual delivery option.
Delivered via web conference, the virtual ELEVATE Admins program includes 4 half-day sessions over a period of your choosing (up to 3 months). It is required that assistants in the same location attend together in one conference room (rather than independently at their own desks). This will reduce multi-tasking and help facilitate greater discussion and interaction. Prior to scheduling, Chrissy will confirm the exact set up to ensure the planned activities are suitable.
Assistants must also be assured they will have uninterrupted time to participate fully in the program. This is especially important for a virtual training program.
While the methods used may vary, the virtual program is similar to the on-site program in that it is designed to educate and address challenges in an environment that is safe, productive, and solutions-oriented. We use a variety of interactive tools to stimulate:
