Unlike other training programs, ELEVATE Admins is 100% customized to meet the needs of your team and business.
Prior to finalizing the agenda, Chrissy will do a deep dive analysis of your team’s unique challenges. From there, she will develop a detailed program that is fully tailored to your group and can continue to be customized as business stakeholders deem appropriate and necessary.
The ELEVATE Admins program is ideal for teams ranging in numbers from 8 to 20. If your team is larger or smaller than this range, other options are available. Please submit an information request to start a conversation.
On-Site Delivery (preferred)
Delivered on-site, the ELEVATE Admins program is a multi-day curriculum. Your organization may choose to host the event over two consecutive days (recommended) or to split the training up over a three-month time frame (maximum).
If the program is split, a virtual “check in” session will be conducted between training days to help maintain momentum.
The on-site program is designed to educate and address challenges in an environment that is safe, productive, and solutions-oriented. We use a variety of interactive tools to stimulate:

While on-site delivery is the preferred method, we recognize that it isn’t always feasible for a variety of reasons. Therefore, we also offer a virtual delivery option.
Delivered via web conference, the virtual ELEVATE Admins program includes 4 half-day sessions over a period of your choosing (up to 3 months). It is required that assistants in the same location attend together in one conference room (rather than independently at their own desks). This will reduce multi-tasking and help facilitate greater discussion and interaction. Prior to scheduling, Chrissy will confirm the exact set up to ensure the planned activities are suitable.
Assistants must also be assured they will have uninterrupted time to participate fully in the program. This is especially important for a virtual training program.
While the methods used may vary, the virtual program is similar to the on-site program in that it is highly interactive.
Once the initial ELEVATE Admins program is complete, we want to build on the positive momentum we’ve created! There are a variety of ongoing learning opportunities available to ELEVATE Admins alumni, including:
- The ELEVATE Admins Annual or Bi-Annual Refresher Course: Continue the upward trajectory and keep your assistants focused on professional growth.
- Custom workshops or webinar series: Take a deeper-dive into the Core and Advanced Competencies based on the needs and feedback of your admin team and executive staff.
One-on-One or Partnership Learning
The ELEVATE Admins program can be delivered one-on-one with an individual admin, or in partnership with an admin and his or her executive/manager.
All attendees are provided with a custom workbook to enhance the experience and support continued progress. This will include some or all of the following:
- Tip sheets
- Step-by-step how-to guides
- Informational articles
- Recommended reading
- Additional resources as needed
Goals & Metrics
We conduct an anonymous survey of the Executive team pre- and post-program to assess return on investment. A “Wrap Up Report” will be provided at the end of the program, identifying areas of success and areas where further support may be needed.
